Today, I have two specific things I plan to say in this Weekly Update. So, let’s get down to business.
First, I just want to say that I’m sorry if there are ever any typos in my writing. I am literally such a hawk about it, but I still miss some SOMEHOW. Just know, I HATE them! Even before I send a simple text message, I read and re-read and re-read them to make sure I didn’t typo (I rarely can even get myself to lowercase an “I”). And if I accidentally hit send and realize I just sent a typo, ugh…you have no idea how much it bugs me. Because you can’t even fix it! BTW, edit tool on WordPress…you are my savior.
But anyway, just know that I do everything I can to avoid typos in my actual, professional writing. I read and re-read and have someone else read EVERYTHING before I post it. So, in regards to “Postmarked”, I already told you all last Weekly Update that I really only have Sundays to write these. That being said, I still read them over and over and over again before I post them Monday. I’m typically done with writing my stories half-way through Sunday and then I just edit for the rest of the day. But STILL! Occasionally, a stupid, little typo or two manages to squeak through. Because I could read these a million times and still miss something. And you have no idea how frustrating that is for me. So then, sometimes after my stories are already posted, I’ll go back and read them and see, WHAT?, a TYPO?!? BUT HOW?!
So, just know that if you find a little typo, that stupid thing bothers me just as much as it does you. And I’m sorry.
The second thing I want to say in this Weekly Update is that I have a little surprise for you next week. Turns out that I will have the time to write TWO “Postmarked” stories for you all! YAY! So Monday, you’ll get to meet Laura. And then Thursday, I’m going to give you a little bonus! I’m pretty sure I know who Thursday’s character will be, but that’s for me to know and you to find out Monday 😀 Sorreh. Part of the reason I also want to do a bonus story is because I realize that may have been a little Cruella of me to leave you guys with that Eleanor ending (Sad Face). And Part Three isn’t coming back up for a while, so I want to try to get you guys there a little quicker (See, I’m nice!). Also, I think I know which one she sent, but if anyone would like to give me their opinions (or their preferences) PLEASE, PLEASE let me know! I want to know where you all are at. Because as of right now I have quite a few Team Tommy’s, but I do have a couple Team Paul’s as well (And don’t pull that Team Eleanor crap on me. This is a Romance, people!). So, though you telling me may not change what I end up doing, it will be nice for me to know! And who knows? Maybe it could! 😉
